If you fly frequently (note: this does not presume that you are a member of a frequent flier program), you’ve probably enjoyed ignoring the safety cards that the airlines provide. I, on the other hand, have been busy disobeying the instructions forbidding passengers from removing these cards from the airplane. As such, I have compiled a collection of airline safety cards that do a better job of amusing than educating.
In Crash & Learn, I’ll be sharing these safety cards and the stories they tell with you. These people who are buckling their seatbelts and breathing through oxygen masks have hopes and dreams. I well give them a voice.
While I do not condone theft, I do feel that I am doing a public service by shining a light on these previously ignored characters. Take this guy, for example. He lost his legs in the accident and yet still valiantly attempts to inflate his life vest. Blow on, brave one. Blow on.
